Refund Policy for The Artist Development Academy

  1. Initial Satisfaction Guarantee: We're committed to delivering top-notch content and interaction. If you're unsatisfied within the first 14 days from the start of the course, please contact us, and we'll issue a full refund.
  2. Course Access Post Refund: Upon receiving a refund, your access to the online course materials and future Zoom workshops will be revoked immediately.
  3. Prorated Refunds: After the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period and up to 30 days, you will be refunded the total amount minus $500.
  4. No Refunds After 30 Days: No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the start of the course, regardless of how much content has been accessed or the number of Zoom workshops attended.
  5. Refund Process: Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
